6 Months

Abby is growing fast - at 29 inches long, 19 pounds 5 ounces - Jason and I are planning on getting new car seats [yes you read that right, we will need to have two, ouch] for her. This height and weight is also causing her to be in clothes that are meant for 12 month(ers). She has been eating "real food" for almost a month on and off (as Jason and I are not consistent in the way we are adding it into her food repertoire). She is also enjoying rolling and attempting to crawl (though not enough to bust out the camera yet). We are also certain that a tooth is cutting its way into her mouth. But that is about the sum up of Abby at 6 months. And as I am very tired I can't think of what else to mention. I am enjoying my job. Things are starting to get super busy to the point I may be working late every day this week. We shall see though. Only 1 month until I am in Savannah for the conference.

Blogger is out of Beta... What Year is it?

Where have "I" been? Well for starters I moved out from under the rock and now reside under a boulder, apparently. Abby is growing up big an tall... She is now a whopping 19 pounds and well above 26 inches long. She is now rolling over and very pleased with herself too. She is almost sitting up on her own, but hasn't quite got the balance thing down. In my news last month was disastrous and I got more parking tickets than I had hoped for - so on January 2nd I began taking public transportation. . . and I am still getting used to it, getting up at the crack of dawn (which is only slightly earlier that wehn I was getting up and driving in) has really started to take its toll. I am always tired by the end of the working day, and that is before I see my daughter. I will be leaving for Savannah in about 5-6 weeks and am still looking forward to it, insanely enough. Our new ED is starting on Feb 1 and I am looking forward to that too. I am so tired. I think that is all I have the energy for tonight.
